Developed many leadership skills
Dedicated to ensuring the success of not only myself but the people around me.
I am an enthusiastic leader who can problem-solve and find the best road to success when it comes to difficult situations.
Community
I believe that being a part of your community makes stronger relationships not only for yourself but those around you. For as long as I can remember I have been involved with my community by volunteering whenever I could.
More recently I have been part of groups that are bigger than just one day. As the National Society of Leadership and Success Vice President and member of the planning committee for the Ann Arbor National Women and Girls in Sport’s Convention, I have been able to see the impact my involvement has on the people attending these events.
Technical Skills
I have developed many technical skills such as hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, social media content creation, and the basics of Google Colab. I have also become proficient with the Jonas Point of Sale software during my internship at Orchard Lake Country Club. Through the development of my technical skills, I have further enhanced my ability to problem solve, remain organized, and self-motivate.
Interpersonal Skills
I get along with many different people and I adjust well to change. In my previous role as a Caddie, not only did I work closely with new employees to train them as they prepared for their first loops, but I also learned how to manage members who had high expectations.
Throughout my time at college, I have been involved in many extracurricular activities and crossed paths with many different individuals during my time as a Resident Advisor. These experiences have helped me to learn how to manage many different types of people and how to remain levelheaded in stressful situations. This is especially true when you are in a position of trust.
